As per latest tweet from Valve, they are all set to launch the Counter Strike: Global Offensive release date this New Year. Since, the release date can be just a few weeks more; players can now put their requests for beat codes on hold. According to Valve, the CS: GO will be available on Mac, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. The cross-platform multiplayer versions will be supported only on the Mac, PC and PS3. Three control options will be available on the PS3 version. These would be keyboard/mouse, PlayStation Move and DualShock3.
